Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our Rakhi & Soan Papdi combos.
However, due to the perishable nature of sweets and customized Rakhi products, we generally do not accept returns or cancellations once an order is shipped.

✅ Cancellations:

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order by emailing us at support@zyvia.shop with your order details.

✅ Refunds:

• Refunds are only issued in case of:

  • Duplicate payment,

  • Damaged or missing items (with proof within 24 hours of delivery).

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after verification.
